 Resume:

Lewes-Delaware State Police Monday April 4th charged Jamey and Holly Lathbury for a burglary they committed on Saturday April 2, 2011.

Delaware State Police on Saturday April 2nd investigated two separate burglaries at Baybees Pediatrics’ property located in Lewes Delaware.  State Police learned the first burglary was committed by Jamey and Holly Lathbury of Millsboro on   Saturday around 11:53 a.m.

The burglary was witnessed by a Good Samaritan who observed a white male exit a Chevrolet Trailblazer, walk to an outbuilding and pry plywood off the building.  The white male later determined to be Jamey Lathbury entered the building briefly before exiting and returning to his car.

Jamey Lathbury next pulled to the front of the building where he and Holly then entered the building.  Jamey and Holly Lathbury while committing the burglary left their 7, 6 and 5 year old children in the car.  The Lathburys while inside the building removed computer monitors, swords, Disney collectible figurines and camera equipment valued at close to $1,500 dollars.

State Police additionally learned from a second Good Samaritan that a Chevrolet Trailblazer, later determined to be owned by the Lathburys was backed up once again to the rear of Baybees Pediatrics around 6:30 p.m.  Jamey Lathbury and David M. Carty of Millsboro are alleged to have entered an outbuilding and remove additional items.

Jamey and Holly Lathbury have both been charged with Burglary and associated crimes; however David M. Carty is still at large and assistance in finding him is requested.
