Delaware State Police 89th Trooper Recruitment Drive


Applicants will be notified via an email from Mrs. Konnick regarding testing. Please do not call or email the Human Resources Section in regards to signing up for the test until you have received an email.

  • The Delaware State Police is currently accepting applications for the 89th Trooper Recruitment process. The application cutoff for first round of testing will be October 31, 2014. The first round of written and physical training testing for the 89th process will be held November 7, 8 & 10, 2014. In order to be invited to test for the 89th process, download and submit your application as soon as possible. 

October 2014 events Delaware State Police Recruiters will be attending. Come speak directly to a Trooper Recruiter about your next step in becoming a Delaware State Trooper.

How to Succeed in the Hiring Process Seminars

The Delaware State Police is hosting their How to Succeed in the DSP Hiring Process Seminars for applicants of the 89th Recruit Class. The seminar is not mandatory; however applicants are encouraged to attend to learn more about the Delaware State Police and the hiring process.

In order to be placed on the list of attendees as seating is limited for these events, please contact a Sgt. Bruce Harris at bruce.harris@state.de.us as soon as possible. Please provide your information along with which seminar date and location you would like to attend.

Anyone interested in a career in law enforcement is urged to apply as soon as possible, in order to have their application processed before the application deadline.

  • Use this PT log to keep track of your scores to help you prepare for our PT test. Once you meet all of our minimum standards, you are ready to test!
